Wife really POed me and I threw it out. Some times I have a little temper.
The only problem with nit was it discolored, kinda turned blue in spots, fried the egg great did not stick I swirled it in the pan and it almost flew out of the pan.

Sorry to hear that. I would have kept that pan.

I personally love discolored cooking utensils. It adds character.

I have some dedicated pans just for doing eggs. I have a couple of tiny one egg pans and another couple of 5 and 6 inch pans. The single egg pans are perfect for doing egg muffin sandwiches. The tiny 3" Lodge pan is especially cute.
