Tart Pans Stuck Together?

I just found out - the hard way - how to unstick them.

Fill sink with cold water to cover pans. Add a bunch of ice to make the water reeeeeaaallly cold. Cold will help the metal contract a bit and loosen the pans enough to separate them.

(Note to self: don't stack them underneath all that heavy stuff next time.)
