Many of the chefs on the food channel use a two burner grill, most of them it seems, have gas burners. I would love to get one of these grills, however I have a ceramic top stove, after searching, many of the grills I have seen warn not for ceramic top stoves. Are there any grills out there that are ok for this kind of stove, or has anyone had any experience using one on a ceramic top.
Thanks

Well ... you can kiss cast-iron bye-bye ... too heavy.

You need something light (aluminum) with a flat bottom ... forget anything reversible - you will need one for a "double burner" grill pan - and another for a "double burner" griddle - if you want both functions. Just make sure they are rated for ceramic stove tops. Assuming that a double-burner size is what you need.

You can also use an electric reversible grill/griddle - like this .

Ceramic cook-tops have their advantages ... and they have their disadvantages.
