Yeah... I leave the racks in so that everything gets clean. I'm not the star of a cooking show, so I don't have to have shiny racks, and I don't see any reason to spend a half hour scouring them when I don't need to.

I paid $4000 for my Wolf convection oven. Damned if I'll let the racks get discolored.
