About five years ago, when I gave culinary school a try, I bought a set of BergHoff knives from a local kitchen supplier. I'd never heard of the brand, but I didn't know that much about knives anyway (except that I couldn't use those cheap serrated kitchen knives from home). So, it's been about five years I've had these things, and I have to say they're great! I can't remember ever seeing anything about them on these boards before, so I thought I would post my opinion.
Anybody else buy any BergHoff knives? What do you think of them?
