I feel so inadequate. Jacques chops like that and I feel even more inadequate. He is looking at the camera when he does it.

I really enjoy prep work. I don't want to be able to be through with it in just a matter of seconds. I really enjoy peeling carrots and apples. Don't ask me why. I just do.

Send a message via Skype™ to taxlady
I noticed that the guy doing it blindfolded was holding the 'shrooms in "the claw".

If I chopped like that I'd be saying "finger? Did anyone see my finger?" I watched only three or four before I quit. The woman slicing mushrooms while blindfolded made me too nervous!

I used to chop at that speed. Then, with practice, I got faster.

My first husband taught me knife skills. But nothing like that. Although I can finely dice by rocking the knife at a really good speed. I admire anyone who has a skill that I am lacking.
