I just bought a set of Sanelli Knives. They were on sale at Stokes recently. Christine Cushing and Mario Batali have both had segments on their shows about the virtues of these knives. I have been rally busy with them too and have found them very comfortable and extremely sharp. They are easy to hone and and make light work of the chopping, slicing and dicing. I have wanted these knives for years, and have never been able to afford them, but they were on for a great price $199.99 CDN and 30% off after the purchase! they were $499.99 a few years ago. We have a new School of Cooking here in our little city and some of the students passed on the Henkel/Wüstoff fetish and went for these knives. when you go to the Website you feel like you've found a Italian Home! Everything is so accessible and friendly. these knives will be with me for years and years and I will not be let down by them.
