Doesn't look like it is realistic to get a knife from here. I wish though I had a way to get somebody to stamp the metal for me. The rest is kind of easy. I probably could not make knife as good as what he has made. But simple kitchen knife would not be a problem. I still have knives I've made some 25-30 years ago. Nothing close to be as beautiful as what he has, but they work.
