Just bought a new set of kitchen knives

OK, I said set, but I bought them individually so I'd get the ones I needed. I went with J.A. Henckles International Classic. These knives use a Henckels propriatary german steel but the knives are made in Spain to lower the cost. I realize these are not really high end knives but they meet my needs and so far I love them. The fit and finish are excellent and they came razor sharp.

They are high end to me. I use to buy one every year as
a Christmas present to myself.
I even have a set of Henckles silverware.
Far as I see they will last me a life time.

I've had Henckels Pro S series knives for 15 years and have been very happy with them.
