That's a very nice knife. Congratulations. If you ordered it from Korin, I think you'll find that they merely gave the double bevel a left hand bias. You could have done that yourself as you sharpen and resharpen the knive thus saving twenty-five bucks.

I'm sure you're gonna love that Sujihiki.

Nice! I was just watching a Good Eats show on sushi and Japan sells these knives for up to $5,000. OMG!
