Kyocera Ceramic Knives

I was shopping at Zabar's and they had some Kyocera 2 Piece Ceramic Knife sets on serious sale. They were about $60 for the set.

I bought one for my mom and one for me.

This is my second ceramic knife purchase and I have to say that I really love them. It took a while to get used to them being so lightweight and I am nervous about them breaking but, man, are they sharp.
