You should see the Knife catalogs that go through here. I just wish I could afford the ones I like the best.

That Giada "mezzaluna knife" looks like a total gimmick to me.

The one I have is the double-blade. I've never seen the single-blade one.

I've never used one, looked at a few, laughed at the double blades marketed for cutting herbs.
Honestly, I think it's all a joke. Nothing a good sharp chef knife can't take care. I can't see myself getting one..feels like another thing to just take up space.
