New Kitchenaid Santoku

OK...I had a gift card that I found while we were moving. So we remembered it when we went on our Xmas shopping with the gift cards we have collected since last Xmas. But since my birthday is coming up, and we're done shoppin', I had to get myself this because, my knives at home suck!!!

Honestly, I haven't done anything with it...been shoveling snow ALL NIGHT, so maybe next week, on my days off I'll use it. Thought about using it at work...but I'm afraid it would diappear.
