Oh, what a lucky boy am I!

As you know, when my new nakiri arrived bent, I freaked. At that moment I did not know that this condition was a common manufacturing problem, and one that is easily repaired.

During the time of that metal melt-down, I ordered a second nakiri, and it arrived this afternoon. It's perfect!

I can now slice and dice veggies with a blade in each hand.

(I think the first one is going to get taped and frozen for some serious polishing later in the week. Just a guess, just throwing it out there...)
