Traveling abroad.. good deals?

hey guys,

I'm in belgium right now about half way through my summer abroad with school studying architecture. I know that henkels I believe are made in Germany. Is there anywhere here on this side of the pond to pick this stuff up a lot cheaper? I need to invest in a new set of knives here soon anyway and this crossed my mind.
