does anyone know of clips on youtube or wherever of people with awesome knife skills? post them here!

The best knife skills I've ever seen are those of Jacques Pepin. He is truly considered the Master!

Youtube has clips from many chefs. Pepin and Yan are on there with plenty of knife skills to pick up.

that was amazing! that's what i meant. jacques pepin seems pretty good too. there are plenty of clips of people prepping onions, cucumbers, etc in their kitchens & pepin does it just as fast but he looks so much more casual when he does it because he's talking to the camera the whole time. he's probably had some practice
