What do you dislike about your knives?

I made the thread earlier about average price of knives, and noted interestingly that most of the voters are in the $10-40 category. Now, I'm used to thinking about knives in the $200+ range, where people nitpick about itty bitty details that most people wouldn't be bothered by. I've never thought about the $20 or $30 knife to be honest, and I think this is a good opportunity to learn more about them.

So what I am kindly asking is if you could describe your knives, their price points, what/how their used, and what you dislike about them.

Anything can be put up for consideration. Looks, feel, balance, edge retention, handle comfort, price, other household members using them, customer service stories, etc, etc.

I'm really looking forward to reading some of your replies :) Thanks everyone.

It isn't class work, I just really like knives and want to learn all about them.

If I'm breaking any rules please let me know and lock/delete as needed.
