A couple questions on canning

I know this has nothing to do with taking tomatoes from the vine and making it into sauce - I just take me tomatoes and make them into juice and use them to make my chili in place of canned tomatoes.

When I make my spaghetti sauce I buy a big can of tomatoe paste and use that to make my sauce and then can it.

I have never pressure canned my tomatoe products, but I am reading more and more that maybe I should. So I think this time I will be trying the pressure canner.
