Boiling water bath for jam and jelly or not?

Dear Patfromlogan, I have been canning for years, but had never heard about keeping jars hot in the oven before. It is definately a good way to keep jars hot when filling lots of them at once and many recipes call for putting whatever you are canning into hot jars. Glad that this new found tip was helpful.
