Can I can hot sauce with..

Okay I love fire and ice pickles brine and I know there are many refridgerator pickle recipes for that but my question is... can I use my garden cucumbers with that brine and can it? The brine is a basic sugar and vinegar and I’d add hot sauce or is that a no no since the hot sauce came from my fridge precanned obviously.

Hi, Chelsea. It's impossible to say without seeing the recipe. Also, unless you're a very experienced canner, it's not a good idea to make up your own recipes because you can't be sure it's acidic enough to make it safe. I suggest you try to find a recipe similar to the one you want to make that has been tested and proven safe by one of the sources we suggested to you last year:
