Question Canning beets/air in my jars

I canned some beets last night. used the water bath method. Today I noticed that some of my jars have air bubbles in them. Are they still okay to store???

That would be my question too ... I'm pretty sure beets are not acidic enough to water-bath can unless they are pickled. Pressure canning would be fine.
