Canning onion soup, recipe?

I have a lot of large Ailsa Craig onions coming on and would like to can some french onion soup. I am not finding info on the recommended canning site. Any one ever canned onion soup? I'm looking for recipes. Looks like quarts need pressure canned for 75 minutes at 11 pounds.

One year I tried onion relish and most of it is still on the shelf:blush:.
 
i don't can at all. however i did find a yummy frozen french onion soup. you could try that for some of it. it is the house brand of my grocery store. has the cheese on top and you defrost and heat it in the oven. lovely. sure nice to see you on line.
