This is so good with beans!
Corn Relish
15 ears of corn
1 head of cabbage
1 large bunch of celery
4 good-sized onions
1 tsp tumeric
4 green peppers
1/2 cup salt
2 cups sugar
1 oz mustard
Grind all except corn. Cover all with vinegar, after adding cut-off corn, and cook 1/2 hour. Can.
Makes 9 pints.
