I opened it, used a bit and I'm going away soon and I don't really want to throw them in the bin.

It also says use within 3 days but again they smell / tastes fine (been kept in the fridge)

In others will I die if I freeze them and use them later on?

Much thanks on advance

Use it soon or chuck it in the bin. I would not freeze open egg whites.

Thanks for the reply :)

Looks like I'll use them up! Just need to make something with them that I can freeze then :s

Egg white freeze just fine but I would put in a sealed container and remove as much air as possible. Would recommend an ice cube tray for individual servings, fast freeze, and then bag.
