Question Green peanuts - freeze??
Can fresh green peanuts be frozen either fresh or pre-cooked? I have a FoodSaver.

Yes you can, but it would make little difference to just refrigerating them. The reason is because peanuts are high in fats, and fats cannot freeze. Vacuum sealing them will help keep the air from the fats.

Thanks! I believe the salt used in cooking will help a little in preserving too.
