Sounds great! I must get more blueberries. I picked up some (3 pt) last week and dehydrated most of them to make blueberry vinegar...now I want to make blueberry butter!

I have recipe at home, but basically I use Italian plums/sugar, get rid off pits and cook it for a long time, till plums are completely mushy so to speak.

It's a creamier consistency, requires no pectin, and uses less sugar.

Cooking is like painting or writing a song. Just as there are only so many notes or colors, there are only so many flavors - it's how you combine them that sets you apart.
