I got my Ball Blue Book

It finally arrived. I can't wait to try canning something. I just need to get some equipment now

Check Walmart and Ace Hardware for canning supplies with good prices.

Garage sales and church bazaars are also great places to get steals on canning euqipment! Also, check out your local Salvation Army, mine recently had a pressure canner for $5!

Warm Regards, Lori

Sometimes the dollar stores have even better prices than Walmart on canning jars. At least around here! Have fun! Where do you get that book?

Michael in Ftw posted a link to a site that sold it for $5. It took then about 6 weeks to send it, but the price was right. If you want, I can try to find the link.
