Jelly from 2002, okay?

Did I leave the grape jelly from 2002 in the fruit cellar too long?

I opened one last week and it looked okay but I haven' tried it yet.

If the lid was sealed, no indication of mold, and it smelled right, then it is okay.
Support bacteria. It's the only culture some people have.
