The Kenwood breadmakers have a program for making jams. However i got mine from someone else who had lost the instructions/recipes for the machine.

They may well have the recipes on their website.

In my experience, breadmakers vary in their wattage (?) capacity and this should be borne in mind. I belong to another food forum and members (on that forum) have given good reports about making jam, albeit in small or very small quantities using a breadmaker when compared with making in a tradional preserving pan. Usually, the instruction booklets of breadmakers are available via the internet if you search via maker and then for the instruction booklet, you should be able to access recipes. Hope this helps.
