Does anyone know if there is a way of drying muberries ? I have made pies cakes etc but would like to find a way to store this fruit. I have tried freezing but that is not ideal. I was hoping there was some way of utilizing the hot /dry weather we are having at the moment. Hoping for some advice.

Gosh, they never last that long for me, haha!

Although if you find a way, PLEASE let me know.

Mulberries are the best!

Thanks for the Mulberry tip.

Many thanks Michael - I will have a read of the artticle but on first glance it looks as if it could be helpful. The climate here is hot and dry with very low humidity so sun drying could be a good option. Cheers Aussie Pam

Having a dehydrator is an excellent investment and allows you to dry all manner of food. Here is link to dehydrationOfFood which may help you with drying mulberries and this site gives other options such as oven drying.
