It just occurred to me that I have everything in the house to make a nice orange marmalade. Nothing tastes better when it is fresh. But I don't want to make enough to preserve. I just want to make a tiny amount, say no more than a cup. Does anyone have any idea what proportions I should use? It seems like I could make a batch that small in a saucepan but sometimes making smaller portions of things doesn't work out.

You would have to start with a good recipe and do the math to reduce the quantities down to what you want.

Oh my, you need to look up chivers in the urban dictionary. I just did and based on the second definition I am pretty sure I would like it...very much!!!!
