Pickled eggs recipe wanted

I'm looking to pickle some eggs for the winter months. Just something I've always wanted to try. I know I can find dozens and dozens of recipes on the Net but are there any tried and true recipes you know of?

I usually just drop my cooked eggs in a large jar of juice from pickled beets. then eat wirh some good barley pop and rye bread
