Pickled Mushrooms

I'm doing some for the first time .. Just wondering if there are any tips/suggestions/and tweaks to make them better.

Hard to give you any tips or suggestions when you don't say what recipe you are using.

I've never pickled mushrooms but I like to marinate them.

i have also marinated mushrooms in italian dressing ingredients.

Also marinated them . I do know that they like to float to the top, so whether you are marinating or pickling, make sure they are completely submerged in the liquid so they pickle/ marinate evenly, and dont rot.
