Pickled Plums Problem !!!
I have just recently pickled an endless amount of plums in a spicy syrup (like I always do), but for some reason they have started to fizz and ferment, this could be one of a number of wrong doings, but what I want to know is how can I save them?? can anyone out there help?? because I do not want to throw them away, that would be way to wasteful.
