I'd like to stew crushed pineapple with minced habanero peppers. Will this combination be ok to can in a water bath? It's basically 1 habanero per can of crushed pineapple.
 
Yes - you can!

The basic canning instructions are here.

Instructions specific for your salsa are:

1. It must have enough liquid, juice or light-syrup (30% sugar), so that there are no air-spaces between the fruit when ladelled into the jars.

2. Leave 1/2 inch headspace.

3. Process in a boiling water canner 15-minutes for pints.
