Help! Used the english recipe for seville marmalade, but turned out runny. Been making marmalade for years- first time this has happened. As usual I did add lemon for it to gel. Will it help if I add pectin now and give it a boil again?
 
I guess not doing it correctly the first time you can't do much more harm doing it incorrectly the second time so go for it.

I'm curious why you think lemon is needed to create the gel?
