I had a culinary success last night and wanted to share with the group. Im not sure quite where to post it though. it was homemade pizza with an experimental pesto/roasted tomato sauce. wasnt sure if i should post it in ethnic foods (italian-esque), sauces, or if there was a better place to do it. Im actually suprised there isnt a "success" type of board here, but thats neither here nor there. Let me know what you think.

Hi--didn't make the Tiramasu. I guess its really not too "fourth of Julyish". But i did make a lemon meringue pie . Emeril's recipe. pretty good if i do say so myself. i have many health problems so its great to be able to be back in the kitchen again. but boy is this pie tart. i might have mismeasured the sugar, don't know. happy 4th!!
