Barbara, how are the kidney stones doing and did they allow you to have a wonderful weekend on your ladies retreat? I was thinking of you all weekend, knowing both how wonderful the retreats can be and how awful the stones are. Many hugs going your way.

Thanks for your email......I do have a run off of the mouth and seem to be clueless when I'm hurting people's feelings......my DH has another description of it.......I think it's that Add thingy......we people always jump before thinking.......have fun on your retreat and you will find the microwaveable heat wrap a godsend......I use it for EVERY ache and pain...............
