    Aloha Tom!

    My Shoyu Chicken is from Aloha Brand Soy Sauce website :

    My Quick Cucumber Kimchee:

    ... and the bean sprouts are easy, but the Koreans in Hawaii make them a bit different:
    10 oz bag mung bean sprouts
    1 tbsp rice vinegar
    1 tbsp sugar
    1 tsp sesame oil
    1 tsp+ to taste soy sauce
    1/2 tsp salt
    1-2 scallion, minced
    1/2 tsp or so sesame seeds

    The bok choi I simply wash, quarter, blanch and drizzle some Sesame oil over them, MMM!

    I'm bummed we couldn't make it, though we did have a very full day in the city and my better half now has the bug to get back up there! I'm SO jazzed that she dug it, can't wait to get back up! I'll keep you in the loop!
