"Pillow therapy" is a phrase PF used a while back. Don't remember if it was in a thread or in a PM between the two of us, but I loved it!

"...chunks of it disappear". Sounds like my thoughts and conversations. LOL! I'll forget what I'm saying/doing in midstream. Old age is...so much fun! Yeah, that's it.

"Lol @ going gaga over something Southern. And they" ~ Could you please finish this thought? Methinks your pinky finger hit "Enter" key before you were done typing. Been there-done that. ;-)

You doubt wrong, so I hope you didn't put money on that bet. I call them as I see them, friend or foe. Well, actually, just degrees of friends. Unless I'm totally clueless, I think I don't have any real enemies. At least not any more since the Evil One from next door moved out. The entire neighborhood has been breathing easier ever since...

Hiya, Bucky! I'm doing good. Was just taking a sabbatical from social media. :-) Been spending a lot of time with family. Thanks for asking about me! I'll be back soon.

You're half of our spitting match wasn't exactly sweetness either. I asked PF to scrub our exchange from the thread so that it doesn't scare others away from posting for a while. No sense saving it for posterity.

    Your PM is full...
    Aloha Tom!

My Shoyu Chicken is from Aloha Brand Soy Sauce website :

    My Quick Cucumber Kimchee:

... and the bean sprouts are easy, but the Koreans in Hawaii make them a bit different:
10 oz bag mung bean sprouts
    1 tbsp rice vinegar
    1 tbsp sugar
    1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp+ to taste soy sauce
    1/2 tsp salt
    1-2 scallion, minced
1/2 tsp or so sesame seeds

The bok choi I simply wash, quarter, blanch and drizzle some Sesame oil over them, MMM!

    very ono dinner!

And HEH! I thought you were on day shift now!

    Hey there, Tom!

I'm bummed we couldn't make it, though we did have a very full day in the city and my better half now has the bug to get back up there! I'm SO jazzed that she dug it, can't wait to get back up! I'll keep you in the loop!

Feel free to check out some pics I got while we were there:
