Thanks, Chopper, I wish you could stop by too. That would be the best medicine of all! I have a new problem in the mix....a sinus infection which is also causing phantom toothaches (happens all the time). But I am hopeful that there is light at the end of this current tunnel of pain. As soon as I can sit up for any length of time and type, I will be back to my awesome DC family.

I live about a mile from Welch's.

i am having it again tonight. didn't use all the asparagus last time. had one sheet in freezer of puff pastry. having eight of those and left over fried zucchini, and stuffed mushrooms. just finishing a white russian in celebration of valentine's day. my sweet son sent me roses for valentines day. he knows it is hard for me, with his dad gone.

nothing special . use raw asparagus, cut pastry in strips and wrap each one up. bake in oven 375 for 20 min. they were just lovely, i just dipped each bite into mayo. enjoy!! i'm thinking it would be good for dips. will do veggie dip.
