- Been in the culinary world for a little over 22 years. Started when I was 15 and have worked at The Inn at Little Washington and owned my own restaurant in NY for 3 1/2 years. I know work for Compass Group USA in their corporate dining sector. I have a beautiful wife and three kids Gavin, Samuel and Olivia.
