Hey you!! Im here on & off!! Ive been in a cooking rut, so havent had much to contribute lately! Im still trying to find that banana extract to make your cookie recipe!! Thanks for noticing!!! Hows things on the island?

hey you kid.....you know how pumpkin and chocolate go together, flavorwise?
well that's what I do. I make a regular recipe for the brownie, then layer it with home made pumpkin bread uncooked so raw like the brownie mixture then brownie and end with pumpkin bread on top. Out of the oven, then drizzle with a simple glaze of powdered sugar mixed with couple drops of milk and smallest pinch of pumpkin pie spice, I mean the smallest pinch to barely flavor the glaze. When it's baking, check often to not overbake. I used to take it to the salon and it'd be gone before I even got to taste..............

It's great so far. Really, everyone here seems so genuine and friendly, it's a nice place to come and chat. And It's helped me with cooking too, there's always someone who can help with a question or idea.

Dinner was Perfect! Sauce was wonderful! Cheese was warm and bubbly! If I had been home alone I might have gobbled up the whole pan. I will make it again soon.

Hey, GRK, LEFSE said you have an awesome recipe for banana chocolate chip cookies! Would you be willing to share? I would even be happy to do a recipe trade if I have anything you want (that I haven't posted).
