Dinner was Perfect! Sauce was wonderful! Cheese was warm and bubbly! If I had been home alone I might have gobbled up the whole pan. I will make it again soon.

yeah, last time I was there was 2 yrs ago, for my Dads funeral. I have a feeling that the areas declining the most are the ones closest to the queens/nassau border!!

lol, I wonder how many LIer's are here. I have family in Pt.Jeff, Sayville,Bay Shore,E.Hampton.My grandfather lived in Brentwood, my Dad lived in Middle Island & my sis used to live in Ronkonkoma, oh & distant family in Wantagh. I know there are some areas now that are pretty "slumy".

Gotta take my son to school, be back in a few.....to continue the island thread, lol

yeah... it's pretty sad...
and wouldn't ya know ... I quit my job and friday is my last day. Talk about
