How are you? We get so busy keeping up with the questions and TPBM's that we don't get a chance just to say hi, how are you? How ARE you doing? Everything okay? I have you in my thoughts and prayers. I am doing better - have down days, and today was one, but mostly I just take it one "step" at a time!

I was not offended. And that is how it turned out for me too and it made a really good pizza dough. You could never every offend me and I mean that. And please don't call yourself a lousy baker. You are just not an experienced one. Think positive. I wish we lived closer (and not at total opposite ends of the continent) because I would love to teach you how to bake. I think you would be a great student!
