Hiya, Sorry it took me a while to get back to you. I read the message and forgot about it until now. I actually use this recipe Thai Satay the lady on the video mixes chicken with pork, but I just use either chicken on it's own or pork or beef. Hope you find this useful. Gosh, thanks for noticing. Had the flu or something. Started with the stomach and moved all around from there. Even my gums hurt. Taking it slow coming back. It's the beginning of "snowbird" season and we always get what they bring down. It's easy to know what the american indians went thru when the europeans reached U.S. shores!
