Hi Jeff my name is Randy. I saw your recipe on cooking a pork butt over an open campfire. It was a post way back in 2008 to Uncle Bob. I'm supposed to be making around 60 lbs in pork butt for our house warming party this coming weekend and was wondering if you could give me some pointers.
My plan is to start with whole pork butts covered in dry rub. Place them in double wrapped heavy duty aluminum foil. I have a homemade grate that goes over a bonefire pit that I will place them on over a bed of coals. I plan on keeping a fire going off to the side to produce more coals as I need them. My biggest question is should I use the time and tempurature that people use for a smoker. Around 225F for 10-12hours or something else. In your recipe you placed it right on the coals for about 3 hrs turning it half way. It didn't say if you were doing whole pork butt or if you sliced it up. Any help or advice you could give me on anything would be greatly appreciated.

    re: Theatre
I love to go and use to go to all the different little regional and small theatre groups in my area. I once was asked to come back to Dobama Theatre to see a tragedy again by the actors. I cried my eyes out along with a friend and they said that we helped keep them in character. lol
