Hi Vera, hope this works I'm not used to the VM thing.
I usually don't mix my bourbon, I like to enjoy it over ice. Every day bourbon is Jim Beam, I also have Makers Mark and Knob Creek in the cabinet but nothing fancier than that. The Paddy sounds great though, maybe sitting on the porch after dinner or sitting in front of the fire pit at dusk. My girlfriend is having a tough time, so I hope tomorrow goes well so she can possibly have her plate properly made and fitted before the Thanksgiving holiday. I wish your boyfriend speed in recovery as well.

Hey John, I love bourbon and spend many an evening with nothing but....However, when you want a cocktail, its usually a shame to mix the bourbon we keep. That's where the Paddy comes in. It's very nice on a cool evening. Hope your wife fares well with the oral surgery. My boyfriend is recovering from the same at this time, as well.
