    Yes, it is very true. I can't say I am 100% there all the time, but I am doing my best. Yes, I would love to discuss things with you. You can put questions here or PM me. I worked as a special diets cook at a camp one year (four months, I had about 30 people I looked after with various needs. I have learned to adapt foods and recipes. For sugar, if I have to use it I get raw cane sugar or better, coconut sugar. Dairy is replaced with coconut or almond milk. I have had to cut back my fat to almost no meat sources - I do have some poultry and some fish. I eat a lot of salad, gluten free grains, etc. That is a start, anyway. Is there anything specific you are looking for?

    Thanks for the friend request. I am happy to accept. I was wondering, with your question regarding the gluten free noodles, are you or anyone in your family gluten intolerant?
