Hi. My husband and I bought a set of Ash wood salad bowls and plates from a wood turner here in England. I've been treating them with warmed mineral oil for the 3rd time now. After a couple more treatments, I will apply the mineral oil/bees wax solution to them. We would really like to use these dishes, and only for salads. Do you recommend sanitizing them the same way as one would a thick cutting board? Thank you....
