My Dear Uncle B, I hope your Thanksgiving is as awesome as you are! I am cooking salmon tomorrow in honour of our border finishing school, but I am doing a stuffed turkey breast (spinach and wild rice I think) on Saturday to help you all celebrate. I didn't get turkey this year on our Thanksgiving, so I will have it on yours. Oh, and lift a glass of bourbon for me!

Unc, I was brought up to never wear white after labour day or before easter...and I always had my first Rob Roy on Thanksgiving. No way I can wait till then for any of the seasonal browns, and it's gonna be hard to wait for the Rob Roy this year, too.
